Elise Lamarre
Analyst
Elise is an Analyst with Aim & Arrow Group, working in the systems change strategy and leadership practices. Her work focuses on research, project management, and client success across the client teams. Since starting with Aim & Arrow, she has conducted diligence for arts grants, facilitated stakeholder engagement to inform recommendations, and worked on developing a learning agenda to inform the next iteration of a client’s work. She has a content background in education as well as policy research and implementation.
